Short Essay on MY FAVOURITE BOOK

The Ramcharitmanas is my favourite book. It has been rendered into beautiful Hindi (Avadhi) poetry by Goswami Tulsidas, the most famous saint of India ever produced. It deals with the story of Rama, the king of Ayodhya. 

The Hindu worship Rama as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The Ramcharitmanas is the Bible of the Hindus. No devotee of Hinduism is unaware of this holy book in India. 

The book depicts ideal manifestations of Characters like of a father, son, brother, husband and a king apart from other Mahatma Gandhi spoke of it very highly. Rama was his hero and "Ram Rajya"--was a model cum dream for him to convert it into reality. 

The book gives me immense pleasure in reading. Everytime I read it-get refreshed and feel greatly uplifted. The Ramcharitmanas is a book of great social importance. It is the Magna Carta of the joint Hindu family. People all around the world must read it and look to it for deliverance. 

MY FAVOURITE BOOK

I think a life is not worth living unless it conforms to the standards set by the characters in this great book which depicts the defeat of demonary practices and a win-win situation for the ultimate truth followers.

As I said my favorite book is Ramcharitmanas, actually Ramcharitmanas is a book through which we get education to many. We know that Lord Shri Ram is called Maryada Purushottam and Ramcharitmanas tells about the entire life of Shri Ram. That is why we get to learn a lot from the thoughts of Lord Shri Ram.

A lot of serials have been made on Ramayana and it is a favorite of the people. Recently, its serial was started on Doordarshan and people again and again watched this serial with great pleasure. Actually, we have seen Ramayan serial many times in the past, but Ramcharitmanas never fills our mind, at every turn, we get to receive some education or the other.

Ramcharitmanas is very much liked by small children to elders too, if they stop reading the book of Ramcharitmanas daily, they get peace in their mind. We should also read Ramcharitmanas from time to time, we get answers to many questions and this also expands our place. I read Ramcharitmanas from time to time and I have learned a lot from it and there are still many things to learn.

From time to time, we should read religious books such as Ramayana, Ramcharitmanas, Geeta, etc., from this we get to learn a lot, we can learn the answers to all the questions of life from these books. In every difficulty, we can overcome that difficulty with the help of these books. 

We know that all the questions of the world have been answered in the Bhagavad Gita. Be it rich or almost everyone likes to read Bhagwat Geeta, recently a businessman has told that he has learned a lot from doing Bhagwat Geeta.
